Fitment note # 2 for all 2011-2014 models: heavy duty aftermarket rear axles are required to properly install this kit on any 2011-2014 models/applications listed above. On 2011-2014 models with a lift kit installed the rear axles bind when the suspension is at full extension /droop and are subject to break. Fitment note #3 does not fit RZR “s” or RZR “4” models 63 2" Signature series lift kit (hammertone gray) 64 2” Lift estimated install time for experienced mechanic: 2hr NOTE: this lift will not fit the northstar edition rangers NOTE: 1.5” Spacers are required in the rear if you are running factory steel wheels! NOTE:if running factory aluminum wheels or aftermarket aluminum wheels then spacers are not required. 65 4” Signature series lift kit estimated install time for experienced mechanic: 2hr NOTE: this lift will not fit the northstar edition rangers does not work on high lifter edition the axle bars are fatter on the hlp edition and will bind at full droop or full extension. NOTE: 1.5” Spacers are required in the rear if you are running factory steel wheels! NOTE:if running factory aluminum wheels or aftermarket aluminum wheels then spacers are not required. NOTE: if customer has an electric bed lift on ranger, it will require them to slightly modify the lift brackets to achieve proper clearance to allow the bed lift to function properly!! 66 5” Signature series “adjustable” lift kit (semi-gloss black) NOTE: if you want to install this lift kit on any RZR 900 xp 4 (4 seater) or walker evans edition RZR 900 xp (2 seater or 4 seater) that also has our bumper-RZR 9 or emp RZR 900 winch bumper installed...You must buy our “optional” bumper mounting bracket part# (bumper-brkt-1). See part# bumper-brkt-1 for additional notes. NOTE: this lift kit fits fine if the customer does not have a front winch bumper installed on their RZR 900 xp (2seater or 4 seater) that has walker evans shocks. NOTE: this new kit gives you the option of running your standard RZR 900 xp 2 seater models (non walker evans editions) in the 5” lifted position for optimal ground clearance or you can change back to the stock height location on the lift brackets for hardcore trail riding without having to remove your lift kit from your 900 xp. Please note this kit is not adjustable on 2012-2014 xp “4” or any 2 seater walker evans editon RZR900 xp due to the larger shock body on the walker evans edtions!!! See our instructions for full details on the install and 5” lift/stock height options. NOTE: some grinding on rear trailing arm is requred for factory cv boot clear- ance. This is detailed and shown in our instructions. If you add a heavy duty aftermarket axle you will have to grind a larger portion due to the larger diameter outer cup/cv boot. NOTE: this kit is only adjustable on the 2011-2014 RZR 900 xp standard cab 2 seat model. NOTE: this kit is not adjustable on the 2012-2014 RZR 900 xp “4” 4 seat model or any 2 seater walker evans editon RZR 900 xp due to the larger shock body on the walker evans edtions!!! NOTE: our new plk900RZR-51 “adjustable” kit does allow you to install the high lifter or emp RZR 900 xp front winch bumper without clearance issues on the bumper brackets on the standard RZR900 xp 2 seater models (non walker evans editons).You must rotate the shock reservoir 180 degrees for proper installation and clearances on all of the standard RZR 900 xp 2 seater models. And the suspension is at full or close to full extension. 68 2”- 5” Signature series lift kit- (hammertone black) does not work on 2017 models! The front has a sway bar strarting in 2017. Esti- mated install time for experienced mechanic: 2hr does not work on Polaris RZR 900s base 2016 model! Does not work on Polaris RZR 1000 s !!!!!! NOTE: check for potential clearance issues between this lift kit and any aftermarket exhaust system before purchasing this lift to make sure there are no fitment issues. NOTE: this lift is a 2” lift with standard OEM shock preload settings and 5” of lift can be achieved by adjusting/increasing the OEM shock preload settings. NOTE: does not fit RZR 900 50” or 55” models!!! 69 1” Signature series lift kit- (hammertone black) lift: 1” front and rear largest tire: 28” with rubbing. estimated install time for experienced mechanic: 2hr NOTE: the largest tire you can fit on the 2015 900 RZR 50” with this lift kit is a 28” tire and there is still minimal rubbing when jumping or going into a hole while turning sharply. 70 Estimated install time for experienced mechanic: 1.5hr if a customer tries to combine our hlp front spring kit (sprpf800) with this lift kit they will get substantially more lift in the front which will cause the front tires to camber out significantly at the top from too much lift and the front axle angles will also be increased which causes additonal wear. NOTE: does not work on 2017 ace 570 sp or 2017 ace 900 xc. These units do not have a strut front. Our kit is designed to work with struts! 71 2” Lift estimated install time for experienced mechanic: 2hr 72 Factory tie rod ends are to be re-used if they are in good working condition!!!!!!!!! If they are not in good working condition they will need to be replaced!!!!!! 73 The suzuki 450i, 700i & 750i king quad require a 1” or greater wheel spacer in the rear when using factory wheels with a lift kit installed. No wheel spacer is required when using aftermarket wheels with a positive offset. 74 Signature series lift kit the suzuki 500i & 750i king quad require a 1” or greater wheel spacer in the rear when using factory wheels with a lift kit installed. No wheel spacer is required when using aftermarket wheels with a positive offset. 75 For independent rear suspension models only!!!!!!!!!
