The same low-expansion, low-friction piston alloy is used as is used for all major Japanese engine manufacturers. ProX Piston Kits are a first class solution to replace the original piston in your Motorcycle, Scooter, Moped, ATV, Personal Watercraft, etc. COATED FOR ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE Most of the ProX pistons come with a coating. Our OEM style Tin coated pistons assist the wear in process when you just started the bike. We have developed a new skirt coating that not only assists the wear in process, but also helps reducing friction after the wear in. The black coating is made from a delicate mix of materials and will increase performance. PISTON RINGS ProX piston rings are made by OEM factories to exact specifications. ProX uses well known brands like Rikken Japan, TP and NPR to be sure you will get the quality you might expect from our brand. All ProX piston rings can be used in cast iron bores, nickel ceramic platings (Nikasil), boron composite and electrofusion bores. If the application has a OEM cylinder with chrome bores, ProX supplies a different piston ring as in the ProX piston kit. PISTON PINS ProX Racing Parts offer a wide range of piston pins in many sizes and specifications. We offer straight wall and tapered wall pistons pins. Our chromed pistons pins are specially designed for the application. Every ProX piston pin is machined precisely and treated to get the best hard- ness and properties to stand the extreme conditions where it is used for. ProX wrist pin bearings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are case-hardened for maximum life and smooth operation at high rpm. ProX pistons for sleeved cylinders ProX Piston Kits for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and a wide range of oversizes. The availability of oversizes up to 2mm significantly helps to increase the lifespan of a cylinder by offering more re-boring possibilities.
